  • Technical issues on our end prevent you from accessing your purchased program for more than 72 consecutive hours
  • We cancel or discontinue a program you've enrolled in before you've completed more than 30% of the content
  • You accidentally purchase the same program twice within a 24-hour period
  • Course content significantly differs from what was described at the time of purchase

Important Note: Refunds are generally not available once you've completed more than 20% of a program or after 14 days from enrollment, whichever comes first. We track course progress automatically through our learning platform.

Day 4-6: Processing

If approved, we initiate the refund through our payment processor. This involves coordination with your bank or card provider.

Day 7-14: Completion

The refund appears in your account. The exact timing depends on your financial institution's processing schedule, which varies.

Payment Method Considerations

How we process your refund depends on how you originally paid. Each payment method has its own quirks and timelines.

Credit or Debit Card Payments

We process the refund back to the original card used for purchase. Your bank typically takes 5-10 business days to post the credit. Sometimes it appears as a pending transaction first before finalizing.

Bank Transfer or Direct Debit

Refunds go directly to the account you paid from. These can take slightly longer—usually 7-12 business days depending on your financial institution's processing schedule.

PayPal or Digital Wallets

Digital wallet refunds generally appear faster—often within 3-5 business days. You'll see the credit in your wallet balance, which you can then transfer to your bank if needed.

Changed Payment Methods? If the card or account you used is no longer active, let us know in your refund request. We'll work with you to arrange an alternative method, though this may add a few extra days to the process.

What Doesn't Qualify

  • You've downloaded or saved exclusive course resources or materials

  • Purchased during a promotional period with clearly stated non-refundable terms

Special Circumstances

Life happens, and sometimes situations fall outside standard policy guidelines. We evaluate these on a case-by-case basis.

Medical or Family Emergencies

If you're facing a serious medical issue or family emergency, reach out to us. While we can't always offer refunds in these cases, we can often arrange a course freeze or transfer to a later cohort instead.

Course Extensions as an Alternative

In some situations where a refund isn't available, we might be able to extend your access period. This gives you more time to complete the program without losing your investment.

Partial Refunds

Your Course Access During the Refund Process

Once you submit a refund request, your course access remains active until we make a decision. If we approve your refund, access is removed within 24 hours of processing.

If your request is denied and you decide to continue with the program, nothing changes—you keep full access as originally provided.
